Working with diverse employee groups has taught John the importance of providing a positive, fun work environment and matching the right person to the right job. He has run large, multi-faceted businesses and understands the challenges facing business owners/managers as they navigate their business through internal and external challenges.

She also has experience as a manager, trainer, sales leader, public speaker, and marketing manager. She has worked with companies ranging from 5 to 5,000 employees, and enjoys delivering a personalized approach to each client’s needs. Jen is a Certified Staffing Professional, and is skilled at advising clients on employment and labor law at the state and federal levels. On the candidate side, Jen has worked on positions in the light industrial, administrative, accounting, and engineering fields. She values the opportunity to learn and understand the needs of clients and candidates in order to make the right match.
